What we’re looking for
An experienced client/account manager with a successful track record in client retention and upselling, promoting a culture of work-life balance with options like a 9-day fortnight.
Responsibilities include:
* Building client relationships: Know your clients deeply, understanding their financial, organizational, and personal milestones to tailor your service and support retention and upselling efforts.
* Leading delivery teams: Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure alignment with client needs, maintaining high satisfaction and retention levels.
* Managing commercials: Monitor contract renewal timelines, prepare growth projections, and collaborate on upselling campaigns.
* Project Management: Prioritize workloads based on client value, manage expectations, and ensure scope adherence.
* Leading direct reports: Lead and support client executives, fostering a positive environment, and developing their skills and career paths.
Company structure and model: Our model involves a trifecta of roles—client/account managers, project managers, and SEO strategists—working cohesively to deliver client success. Clients are grouped into pods, each led by a client/account manager and supported by dedicated SEO teams.
Requirements
* Strong commercial acumen with a proven record of account growth
* Minimum 3 years as a client/account manager, preferably in SEO or digital marketing
* Experience with project management tools like Asana
* Digital marketing or SEO experience
* Team management skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Calmness under pressure and multitasking skills
