The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Bring a strong subject knowledge and passion for Art across a range of media and disciplines.
* Be confident in delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons from KS3 through to KS5.
* Foster a classroom environment where students feel confident to express themselves and explore their creativity.
* Demonstrate high expectations for student achievement, behaviour, and artistic standards.
* Be committed to professional growth and collaborative working.
