The Role
The Architectural Technician will be at the heart of the design process, working closely with designers, planners, engineers, and construction teams. From developing detailed technical drawings to coordinating with consultants and contractors, the role offers variety, challenge, and the chance to grow within a collaborative and supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Producing detailed construction drawings and technical packages that set the standard for quality and innovation.
* Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards.
* Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design and technical queries.
* Supporting planning and building control submissions.
* Playing a key role in project delivery from early design through to completion on site.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong technical knowledge with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM experience a plus).
* Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
* Experience in residential or healthcare design is advantageous, though not essential.
* A keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology (or equivalent).
