Our independent, produce-driven restaurant is seeking an experienced Sous Chef and a talented Chef de Partie to join our ambitious kitchen team. Working exclusively with the finest fresh, locally sourced ingredients, we specialise in refined fish and seafood cookery under the leadership of Chef Richard Turner.
What We're Looking For
Sous Chef
* Strong leadership skills and experience supporting a Head Chef in a fast-paced, quality-led kitchen
* Confidence managing service, ordering, and junior team development
* Deep understanding of fish preparation, butchery, and classical techniques
* Calm, organised, and passionate about seasonal cooking
Chef de Partie
* Solid experience running a section to a high standard
* Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
* Genuine enthusiasm for working with fresh seafood and changing seasonal menus
* A team player eager to grow and refine their craft
