Responsibilities
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
* Helping to build a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment
* Supporting emotional regulation, behaviour strategies, and pupil wellbeing
* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
Qualifications
* Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or SEND needs
* A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach
* Strong relationship-building skills and confidence in de-escalating challenging situations
* A flexible, team-oriented attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
