We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, patient and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our passionate and experienced team. What You’ll Do: Work closely with class teachers to support pupils’ learning, independence, and well-being. Provide individual or small-group support to pupils with a range of learning and physical needs. Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom organisation. Support pupils with personal care as required (training provided). Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. What We’re Looking For: A caring, positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs. Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a special school or SEN setting (desirable, but not essential). Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
