We have a great opportunity for a Commercial Director to join our team within Vistry Services - Special Projects, at our Brentwood office. This role will be managing the significant budget of building safety for the Vistry Group, with an emphasis on the recovery action of costs against supply chain, insurance and/or opportunities for additional works.
As our Commercial Director you will be responsible for the regional Surveying, Buying and Estimating team and will lead, coach, and develop the team to meet departmental targets and achieve success.
You will develop, review, and implement the Company’s strategic commercial objectives and be responsible for ensuring accurate financial cost control, budgeting and forecasting.
