Market leading, developing Commercial Litigation specialist with an excellent national reputation is seeking an ambitious and experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its
Bromley team (and from home!).
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor with anywhere from 2–10 years’ PQE with a demonstrable background in commercial litigation.
You will provide a broad spectrum of services from early-stage debt recovery advice to handling Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings, as well as insolvency actions.
Ideal for someone with expert knowledge of debt recovery litigation processes and legislation, this position suits an ambitious Solicitor eager to grow their career in a close knit, expanding team. A willingness to explore niche areas and understand the unique environments of your clients is essential.
