I’m Oscar, the CEO & founder of DFYNE.
I’m looking for someone who’s going to own & drive, both direct, & indirect tax processes throughout DFYNE.
We’re looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to help us ensure compliance both locally, & internationally, across a high growth, multi-jurisdictional e-commerce environment.
This role requires strong technical knowledge & capability across UK VAT, duties & customs taxes, GST, and US sales tax, as well as combining the ability to operate commercially and influence business decisions.
You’ll be trusted to run both direct and indirect tax processes, influence decision making at a senior level, and build scalable systems and controls that grow with DFYNE, all while operating in a no bulls**t, high performance environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Ownership of UK tax compliance
* Ownership of International tax compliance
* In depth knowledge of corporation, employment and personal tax
* Build & maintain robust tax control frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
* Own tax-related configurations within ERP/tax engines
* Drive automation & scalability in tax processes
Experience Needed
You will need some experience in Tax Accounts, with a CTA held for 2 years being desirable. Additionally, a previous background in a fast-scaling business would be a bonus.

* Advanced technical knowledge across UK and international tax
* Strong commercial awareness and judgement
* Ability to translate tax into business impact
* Excellent attention to detail and systems mindset
* Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders
