Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant responsibilities: Provide dedicated support to SEMH students with additional needs such as mental health challenges, behavioural difficulties, and autism. Work collaboratively with class teachers, senior leadership teams, and external agencies. Support students in building their self-confidence and self-esteem. Establish strong, positive relationships with students through 1:1 and small group support. Manage behaviour in alignment with the school's policies and ethos.
