Gecko Travel Recruitment is working with a luxury lifestyle travel brand to recruit a Guest Experience Manager. This is a rare, full-time opportunity to oversee and elevate the end-to-end guest experience at a prestigious beach club in Europe, with a winter base in London.
The Role:
You'll lead the Guest Relations function, ensuring every guest journey is seamless, high-quality, and true to brand. You'll oversee operational systems, manage key property owner relationships, and train seasonal teams while delivering elevated service standards across all guest touchpoints.
You Will Have:
• Proven hospitality experience in guest-focused roles, ideally across resort or multi-property settings
• Strong leadership skills
• Familiarity with using booking platforms
• Experience liaising with property owners and managing third-party relationships
• High attention to detail, service standards, and brand alignment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to be based in Europe during the summer season
Additional Info:
• Salary circa £45,000 (depending on experience)
• Full-time, permanent contract
• 33 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays)
