GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic PE Teacher to join schools in Sheffield, covering the S5 and S9 areas. The Physical Education (PE) Teacher will deliver dynamic lessons across a range of sports and physical activities, promoting participation and healthy lifestyles for students of all abilities. Responsibilities of PE Teacher: Plan and deliver PE lessons in line with the national curriculum. Lead a variety of sports, fitness, and physical activities. Encourage teamwork, discipline, and positive sportsmanship. Maintain a safe and structured environment during lessons. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience teaching Physical Education in a school setting. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). What’s in It for You?
