As a key member of the team you will:
* Support the HS2 project with operational buying requirements.
* Support the central procurement function with operational buying across other projects.
* Ensure savings, rebates and compliance are achieved in line with project strategies.
* Negotiate with suppliers for materials not covered by frameworks.
