About This Role
We’re seeking a passionate Teller to join our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division within our National Branch Network. As a Teller, you’ll be an integral part of the local community, providing essential financial services to residents, employees, and local businesses. Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Engage with customers by processing transactions, sharing digital solutions, and connecting them with bankers.
* Complete operational tasks while minimizing risks in accordance with established policies.
* Efficiently perform routine transactions and customer support tasks using your knowledge of bank procedures and products.
* Receive guidance from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies.
* Escalate questions and issues to more experienced team members.
* Build relationships with customers to demonstrate care and complete transactions.
* Identify and address customers' financial needs.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
* 6+ months of customer interaction experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications:
* Strong customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions.
* Ability to educate customers about technology and mobile banking options.
* Integrity and professionalism in interactions with customers and team members.
* Experience collaborating with a team to meet customer needs.
* Cash handling experience.
* Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
* Skill in identifying potential fraud and taking appropriate action.
* Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Relevant military experience in personnel management or human resources is a plus.
* Proficient in building and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues.
Job Expectations
* Willingness to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
* This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.50. Pay may vary based on factors such as achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
