The Role
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will:
1. Deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
2. Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
3. Support students with engagement, progress, and confidence
4. Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral staff
5. Gain experience across a variety of subjects and year groups
