Qualifications
* The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a similar position, such as working as an activities coordinator or assistant in a care setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with older adults are also essential. Relevant qualifications, such as a degree or diploma in a related field, would be an advantage.
