You will serve as the brand guardian for 18montrose and FLANNELS Active, inspiring the wider marketing and commercial teams.
Key responsibilities include:

* Secure brand buy-in and investment, preparing pitches and proposals for brand partners.
* Use data analytics to monitor campaign performance, report results, and share insights.
* Act as a conduit between marketing and commercial teams, maintaining relationships with key partners.
* Dissect market trends, cultural shifts, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Qualifications and skills:

* Relevant degree preferred but not essential; industry experience and strategic planning skills are key.
* Cultural awareness and a passion for Lifestyle & Active categories, streetwear, and emerging brands.
