This role has been created to provide additional support during the winter period and assist with improving workflow efficiency across ongoing works. The position is based in Stratford-upon-Avon, with regular travel to nearby locations, therefore a flexible and mobile approach is essential. Applicants must supply their own van and cordless power tools. A fuel contribution oper mile will be provided. Role Summary Working across occupied residential and communal properties, you will be responsible for delivering reactive roofing repairs and maintenance, ensuring all works are completed safely, professionally, and to a high standard. You will be expected to work with minimal supervision, identify roofing defects, complete repairs efficiently, and clearly report any further remedial works required to your supervisor.
