Job Opportunity: Project Manager
Due to increased workload, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent role overseeing projects valued between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.
The successful candidate will work alongside our extensive team, managing all aspects of each project from Pre-Construction to on-site management. Responsibilities include overseeing internal staff, subcontractors, health and safety, work scheduling, client and architect liaison, and procurement of materials and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed to high standards, on time, and within budget.
Experience and Qualifications
* Proven track record in delivering construction projects on time and within budget
* Minimum of 10 years' site management experience
* Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project
* Strong focus on quality, with a history of repeat business over 40 years
* Experience in people management and excellent communication skills
* Good IT skills and at least an SMSTS qualification
