Job Opportunity: Sales Administrator
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a successful global company based in Bury. This company is growing year on year, offering potential progression opportunities in the future. You will be working within a small, friendly team, with duties including:
1. Handling queries via phone and email
2. Providing quotes to customers
3. Processing customer orders
4. Invoicing
5. Processing technical documents
6. Chasing outstanding invoice payments
7. Liaising with the sales team
To be successful, you will be customer-focused, driven, and possess previous experience as a sales administrator and in customer service. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and CRM systems is essential. The ability to work well within a small team is also important.
