The Auction Experts are looking for an experienced Estate Agent, Property Sourcer or Auction Agent who can manage the seller’s journey from instruction to auction. You enjoy prospecting, have a strong understanding of your local area, and recognise properties suited to auction versus the open market. You identify motivated sellers, skilfully advise on pricing and help set reserves.
Responsibilities

* Advise on pricing and set reserve prices
* Work within the auction process to achieve successful sales
Qualifications
* Experience as an Estate Agent, Property Sourcer or Auction Agent
* Strong local market knowledge
* Ability to recognise which properties are best suited for auction versus the open market
Earnings
You earn 70% of the auction fee on each completed sale. Typical fees range from £2,500 to £10,000+ per property. By completing three auction sales per month you can earn a gross income of around £100,000 in your first year (based on a £4,000 average fee set at 2% on a £200,000 sale price). Payments are made within 7 days after the auction.
