About the Programme

This is a 12month, structured development programme designed to prepare you for a future role as a Territory Manager.Starting fromOctober 1st, 2026you will be supported every step of the way through a combination of:

1. Classroom and virtual learning

2. On‑the‑job training and job shadowing

3. Coaching from experiencedcolleagues

4. Hands‑on experience with customers in real environments

From day oneyou’ll gain exposure to customer operations, learn how to diagnose challenges, and develop practical solutions that improve safety, hygiene and sustainability.

About the Division

Within thePest Elimination division, Ecolab delivers science‑based pest prevention and elimination solutions to help customers protect their brands and maintain safe, healthy and pest‑free environments. Our services support customers across foodservice, food and beverage processing, hospitality, healthcare, retail, logistics, manufacturing, corporate and government facilities.

What You Will Do:

After completing your training, you will take ownership of an established customer territory, becoming a trusted partner and advisor to your customers. You will provide expert guidance on pest prevention and elimination programs that help protect customer brands, support regulatory compliance, and maintain safe, hygienic and pest‑free environments across commercial and industrial facilities.

In this role you will:

5. Build strong, trustedrelationshipswith existing customers through regular service visits 

6. Learn customers’ pest risk environments and prevention programmes, and work hands‑on with pest monitoring, exclusion and control solutions.

7. Gradually build confidence in identifying new opportunities and growing your territoryproviding customers with training, regular and emergency service and sales demonstrations

8. Coordinate sales and service activities with cross divisional peers and internal functions (. Marketing Services, Customer Service).

9. Reach out to potential customers to secure new accounts, as you build Ecolab’s brand in your market

What you’ll need?

We are interested in meeting individuals with diverse backgrounds.You may be a great fit if you:

10. Have completed vocational training or equivalent education

11. Have some experience in customer‑facing, sales, service or hospitality environments,preferably business to business commercial sales experience

12. Have basic installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills

13. Are eager to learn, open to feedback and motivated to continuously develop new skills

14. Have demonstrated problem solving skills and creative thinking

15. Are comfortable adapting to new situations and challenges

16. Have a desire to grow your career in Sales and Service-related roles

17. HavebasicIT skills(CRM experience is helpful)

18. Hold a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and are open to travelling within your allocated district and nationwide
