Tucked away in the heart of the Cotswolds, this award-winning independent pub is all about laid-back countryside charm, proper hospitality, and cooking with the best seasonal produce. With a small, talented kitchen brigade of three, they’re now on the lookout for a Chef De Partie to join the team.
This is a brilliant chance to develop your skills in a hands-on role where you’ll be trusted, supported, and part of something genuinely special.

1. £30,000 per year plus circa £3,000 to £5,000 service charge
2. Working 48 hours per week with a mix of straight and split shifts – flexibility available
3. Cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients in a well-run kitchen

5. Great exposure to all areas of the kitchen, which is ideal for growth and progression
Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
6. Taking charge of your section and delivering consistently high-quality plates
7. Working closely with a small team to prep and serve for around 50 covers
8. Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations, from mise en place to service
9. Bringing positive energy and a strong work ethic to every shift
10. Learning from experienced chefs and contributing to a warm, collaborative atmosphere
