Job Description:
Main purpose of this role is to drive, improve and develop all sales controlling related processes, systems, and projects within Ardagh Glass Packaging – Europe. This includes reporting, analysis, planning, and supporting internal customers and product costing activities.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate within and outside of AGP-E Finance and Sales Teams.
* Ensure strong links to production and operations reporting.
* Provide accurate and timely analysis and reporting (daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
* Participate in ad-hoc tasks as per business needs; act as key contact for European Sales Team.
* Coordinate and support sales volume planning with regional Sales Teams.
* Identify and implement process, system, and reporting improvements for cross-functional efficiency.
* Prioritize projects in relevant areas.
* Contribute to yearly product costing and analysis with an established team.
* Encourage innovative thinking and change management.
* Drive SAP Best Practice initiatives, standardize procedures, and enhance efficiency.
* Ensure timely SOX-controls.
* Travel up to 25-30% as needed.

Education & Training
* Master's or University degree in finance, controlling, or related field.
Experience
* At least 10 years of experience, with 5+ in manufacturing.
* Strategic planning, independent work, and target-driven mindset.
* Strong analytical, IT (SAP, BW, SAC, PowerBI, MS Office) skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English and at least one of the following: Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Polish, or German.
* Flexible, organized, results-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused.
* Effective problem-solving and data analysis skills.
