GSE Solutions Enablement Director – Europe

Overview
Global Solution Enablement (GSE) is a customer-facing organization that enables differentiated solutions aligned to customer needs across Keysight’s portfolio. GSE partners with Keysight Sales, Services, and Industry Solution Teams to drive profitable solutions and services growth while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution.

Role Summary
The GSE Solutions Enablement Director – Europe provides strategic and operational leadership for a multi-disciplinary technical selling organization responsible for complex solution engagements across the region. The role leads managers and individual contributors spanning Solution Architects, Solution Engineers, Project Managers, and delivery partners.

This position balances business ownership, organizational leadership, and execution discipline, translating strategy into scalable solution capability and predictable outcomes.

The Director serves as a senior partner to regional Sales and Industry Solution leadership and represents GSE in high-impact customer engagements.


Responsibilities



Leadership & Organizational Management

1. Lead and develop a high-performing regional GSE organization, creating an environment of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning
2. Build leadership depth through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning
3. Align skills and capacity to regional demand, reallocating resources as priorities shift

Business & Execution Ownership

4. Own regional solution and services performance, ensuring execution aligns with sales and revenue growth and margin expectations.
5. Translate enterprise and regional strategy into operating models and activity systems that drive consistent results
6. Maintain pricing discipline and sound commercial judgment across complex engagements

Sales & Solution Engagement

7. Partner closely with Sales leadership to support strategic opportunities and complex deal engagement.
8. Position GSE as a trusted partner for solution design, proposal development, and delivery execution
9. Guide the evolution of solution engagement within sales practices, creating a sustainable proactive culture that seeks customer success and sales wins.

Solution Architecture

10. Ensure consistent execution from early-stage solution design through delivery and customer acceptance
11. Strengthen solution architecture capability across the region, including technical proposal quality and customer technical alignment
12. Develop and leverage internal and partner delivery models to scale execution capacity

Process, Tools & Operational Discipline

13. Drive adoption of enterprise tools and processes that improve visibility, coordination, and execution quality, including TaskRay and AI-enabled proposal workflows
14. Ensure operating rigor around Statements of Work, delivery governance, and secure software practices
15. Promote repeatability and reuse through proposal, SOW, and solution knowledge repositories

Customer & Cross-Functional Leadership

16. Represent GSE as a senior technical and commercial leader in customer and partner interactions
17. Strengthen collaboration with Industry Solution Teams to align regional execution with portfolio and market priorities
18. Champion customer feedback mechanisms and use insights to improve engagement and delivery outcomes

Qualifications


19. 8+ years of experience in solution engineering, delivery, sales, or business leadership roles with at least 5 years of direct management experience
20. Demonstrated ability to scale solution organizations while maintaining execution quality
21. Strong business judgment and technical credibility
22. Experience with complex solutions in test and measurement or adjacent industries
23. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred
