Residential Conveyancing – Legal Administrative Assistant – Full time, permanent. Farnfields Solicitors has an excellent opportunity for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our busy Residential Conveyancing Department at our North Dorset offices in Shaftesbury on a permanent full time basis.
What is the role?
The role will involve providing administrative/secretarial support within the Residential Conveyancing Department using our designated IT systems. It is a busy department so you must be proficient and comfortable working in a busy team with regular multi-tasking whilst working to deadlines. You will liaise with clients, solicitors and estate agents, so good people skills are essential. Previous legal secretarial or property related admin experience would be advantageous, but not essential for the right candidate.
Who you are?
You will be a team player with good communication, organisational and IT skills; coupled with initiative and strong attention to detail. You will also be passionate about providing excellent client service and have a friendly, professional and proactive approach.
