Duration: Ongoing, Full-time
Salary: £31,000 – £49,000 per annum

Key Duties
7. Developing and delivering lesson plans tailored to students of all SEN needs.
8. Behaviour Support: Support positive behaviour management strategies, fostering a safe and respectful learning environment.
9. Personalised Learning: Work collaboratively with other SEN Teacher staff and SENCO to implement EHCPs and monitor student progress.
10. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with fellow SEN Teacher staff, parents, and external professionals regarding student progress and support needs.
Requirements
11. Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
12. Understanding of diverse learning needs and strategies to support student learning
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
14. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
15. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
