The Role
The post holder is required to provide a full administrative and secretarial service to a multidisciplinary team, including managing information systems and coordinating the clinical referral system.

What you'll need to bring
* RSA3/SVQ3/NC in Secretarial Studies or equivalent
* Proficient IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work independently
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong time management skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Minimum two years of secretarial experience in an equivalent role
It would be great if you also have
* Audio Typing
* Knowledge of medical terminology
* Ability to produce high-standard outgoing correspondence
Contract type
Permanent, Full-time, 37 hours
Location and Working Pattern
This role is based in Psychiatry Day Unit, within Hairmyres Hospital. The working pattern will be confirmed by the hiring manager.
