Excellent role on offer for a Maintenance Manager looking to join a well-established, market leading company where you will be fully responsible for the day to day maintenance along with driving efficiencies across the business.
Do you have experience as a Maintenance Manager? Do you have experience working within an Engineering/Manufacturing environment?
This well-established, market leading company are recognised with one of the dominant forces within their specialist industry having provided innovative and high quality solutions for decades. They are actively looking for a dynamic individual to run the maintenance operations of this singular site and take them to the next level.
In this role you will be responsible for the single manufacturing site. You will oversee all reactive and PPM activities whilst leading a highly skilled maintenance team. Along with the day to day running and coordination of the department, you will develop maintenance plans whilst developing staff through mentoring and guidance.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in a Maintenance Manager level position within an Engineering/Manufacturing environment and looking drive the maintenance operations of an exciting, thriving business. You will need previous experience leading a maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, market leading company where you will play a pivotal role.
