Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Facilities Coordinator to join the team located in Benton, Newcastle. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the operational delivery of all Facility Management services.
Key Tasks
1. Primary focus on delivery of all FM Operations SLA's in accordance with KPI & Output measurements.
2. Coordinate with FM Operations and Critical Service teams to deliver service level agreements.
3. Support/Monitor 3rd party maintenance supplier activities.
4. Comply with HSE requirements as outlined within the SLA and as instructed by the company policy.
5. Ensure all contractors operate within appropriate SHE processes and client HSE standards.
6. Monitor and maintain stationery levels, post-room activity, and other office facilities such as printers and AV equipment.
7. Coordinate site waste and recycling arrangements.
8. Carry out statutory fire testing and associated checks.
9. Coordinate with Security and report any faults on access entry systems where necessary.
10. Raise Purchase Orders for goods or services as required.
11. Approve invoices, goods received notes, and statements for payment purposes.
12. Provide and arrange cover for the FM team as defined by line management.
Person Specification
* Knowledge and awareness of the facilities management industry.
* Strong PC skills, MS Office.
* Good administrative skills.
* Well organized with good prioritization and planning skills.
* Ensuring that all FM services are delivered confidently and efficiently.
* Practical experience in working with supply partners.
