Job Description
· Develop, implement, and maintain cost control systems to monitor and report Investment Project and Repair Costs.· Analyse contractor and supplier pricing submissions to ensure value for money and alignment with the schedule of rates.· Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for projects (repairs).· Track and report on cost performance, identifying risks, variances, and opportunities for savings.· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate project costing and service delivery.
The Successful Applicant
Qualified or QBE accountant with experience of project accounting and cost control is a Capex heavy business environment.You will live a commutable distance from Burton on Trent
