* Collaborate with operations, marketing, and logistics teams to streamline sales processes and ensure timely delivery.
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to stay ahead of the market.
* Facilitate ongoing training and development for your team to keep skills sharp and knowledge up to date.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring swift resolution and long-term satisfaction.
* Represent Gildair Supplies at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to elevate brand presence.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven success in sales management, ideally within the HVAC or a related technical industry.
* Strong leadership abilities with a track record of hitting and surpassing sales targets.
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Familiarity with the HVAC market is a strong advantage.

* Willingness to travel across the UK as needed.
