What You'll Do:
* Lead end-to-end project delivery, from concept to completion.
* Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with strategic goals.
* Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
* Act as the primary liaison for clients and internal teams.
* Conduct post-project reviews and provide actionable insights.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and reporting.
* Ensure all health, safety, and compliance standards are upheld.
* Support and mentor project team members and contractors.
What You’ll Bring:
* 5+ years’ experience in Project Management (events or construction industry preferred).
* Demonstrated success managing P&L responsibility and delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
* Strong knowledge of temporary structures, site surveys, and supplier management.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
* A calm, collaborative approach to working under pressure.
* Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Teams).
* PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus (but not essential).
* Valid driving licence and passport required.
