What you’ll bring
* Proven track record of developing new business, winning clients, and driving revenue growth within agency recruitment (ideally in the Tech or Professional Services market)
* Strong billing history with consistent success in both client acquisition and account expansion
* Excellent client and candidate control skilled at influencing, negotiating, and delivering high-value outcomes
* A natural relationship-builder with standout communication skills, confident engaging at all levels from hiring managers to C-suite
* Highly organised and commercially minded, able to manage a busy desk and prioritise effectively
* Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining quality and professionalism
* A team player who contributes to collective success while owning and driving individual performance
