Job Description
3. Provide first and second-line IT support to internal and external users.
4. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
5. Log and manage service requests using the company's ticketing system.
6. Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
7. Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when required.
8. Assist in maintaining system documentation and user guides.
9. Deliver remote and on-site IT support as necessary.
10. Contribute to improving IT processes and customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer should have:
11. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a support role.
12. Familiarity with operating systems, network configurations, and IT hardware.
13. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
15. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
16. Relevant IT certifications or equivalent technical knowledge.
