We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong computer skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Collect new staff background checks
* Manage the Facebook page and other social media
* Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls and visitors
* Coordinate training with the Training Manager
* Collaborate with the Management Team to ensure smooth operations
* Assist with phone operations and log calls in the system
* Conduct various audits
* Ensure compliance with CQC legislation
* Support managers with administrative duties as required
* Perform general administration tasks, including typing and documentation
* Manage the holiday board and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
* Experience in an administrative role, preferably within the care or healthcare sector
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, To Do); Adobe skills are a plus
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving
* Confident and compassionate nature with a desire to support both service users and staff
