They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Head Chef. Role Responsibilities: Take full ownership of the kitchen, leading the brigade, shaping exceptional menus, and delivering unforgettable guest dining experiences across all areas of the venue. Ensure that every dish meets the highest quality standards, from sourcing ingredients to executing service. Behind the scenes, you’ll lead on inventory control, kitchen maintenance, and compliance with food safety regulations. You’ll inspire, coach, and grow your team, collaborate with front-of-house leaders, and help drive commercial performance through accurate forecasting and strong GP control. Candidate Requirements: You bring exceptional culinary skills and a deep understanding of seasonal ingredients, flavour, and presentation. You can design menus that are both exciting and profitable.
