Your Role:
* Provide 1:1 support to KS1 pupils with additional needs (e.g., Autism, SEMH, communication difficulties)
* Adapt learning activities to suit the pupils’ individual needs and pace
* Build trust and encourage emotional regulation, communication, and confidence
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies
* Help create a calm, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience supporting individuals with SEN (in any setting)
* A calm, patient, and proactive approach
* A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3) is desirable but not essential
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
