Senior Recruitment Consultant – Data, AI & Machine Learning (Contract/Interim)
London (Shoreditch HQ) | Hybrid working £35,000 – £45,000 basic + uncapped commission

At Arrows Group, we know that in the world of AI and Machine Learning, speed is everything. We are looking for high-energy Contract/Interim Recruiters to own and scale our Emerging Tech desks. You’ll be responsible for deploying elite contractors across either the UK or the Benelux/Dutch markets, helping our clients scale at pace.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead a high-velocity Data/AI/ML contract desk, managing the full lifecycle from lead gen to deployment.
* Cultivate a deep network of immediately available freelance specialists (Data Scientists, ML Engineers, AI Researchers).
* Respond to urgent client requirements with high-quality shortlists in hours, not weeks.
* Sell and deliver agile recruitment models, including Statement of Work (SOW) and high-volume interim squads.
* Manage your own book of contractors, ensuring a world-class experience from onboarding to extension.
* Act as a consultant to clients on IR35/compliance, day rates, and the evolving freelance landscape.
What we're looking for:
* 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced Contract, Temporary, or Interim recruitment role (Tech/Data background is a massive plus).
* Proven track record of building and maintaining a profitable contract book.
* You thrive on urgency, high-frequency activity, and the "thrill of the fill."
* Ability to break into new accounts and convert "urgent needs" into long-term partnerships.
* A solid understanding of contract payroll, compliance (IR35 knowledge is a bonus), and margin management.
