We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to work in our Nisa stores based at the University of York. You will work as part of a team to offer a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient retail service ensuring customers receive a positive shopping experience.
As a Retail Supervisor you will work as part of a team to help the new store to run smoothly and efficiently. You will organise the work of the Retail Assistants and ensuring licencing laws and health and safety policies are adhered to. You will be responsible for ensuring there is sufficient stock available and the security of cash in the store.
You will have first class communication skills, experience of working within the retail sector and supervising a small team.
The hours of work available are 22.50 hours a week, for 33 weeks per year.A flexible approach is required as you may be required to work evenings, weekends and/or bank holidays as part of your standard working hours.
