Join our Digital Experience team as a UX Researcher. You will ensure that evidence-based user insights are at the heart of decision-making, driving meaningful enhancements across our digital products and platforms.
As part of our purpose-driven culture, you will contribute to making home ownership more accessible by informing product decisions with research throughout the full lifecycle of projects.
Responsibilities
* Carry out the full research lifecycle on projects of varying sizes, from gathering requirements to delivering findings and supporting product improvements.
* Collaborate with the Senior UX Researcher, UX & UI Designers, and cross-functional teams (Accessibility, Content, Service Designers, Product Owners, Analytics).
* Help grow the team’s profile across the business and support designers to develop their research experience.
* Utilise a range of tools and methodologies to conduct user research.
Qualifications
* Proven industry experience as a user experience (UX) researcher.
* Experience planning, running, and analysing both qualitative and quantitative user research methods, such as:
o Moderated usability testing
o Unmoderated usability testing
o Surveys
* Experience with user research tools (e.g., Lyssna, D-Scout, UserZoom, ContentSquare).
* Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Jira, Confluence).
* Experience with design software (e.g., Figma).
* Experience using or managing a user research repository.
* Experience screening and recruiting research participants from diverse sources.
* Experience in storytelling, critiquing, facilitating, and presenting findings.
