Science Teacher Location: Preston Contract: Full‑time, Maternity Cover Start Date: September 2026 or sooner Salary: From £170 per day (dependant on experience) About the Role We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and motivated Science Teacher to join a successful and forward‑thinking Science Department. Key Responsibilities Deliver dynamic, well‑structured Science lessons across KS3–KS4 that engage, challenge, and inspire all learners. Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly, offering clear, constructive feedback to support ongoing development. Play an active role in shaping and enhancing the Science curriculum through collaborative planning and resource creation. Uphold high standards of behaviour and create a positive, well‑managed classroom environment conducive to learning. Contribute fully to departmental teamwork, taking part in CPD, meetings, and wider school initiatives.
