The role

Reporting to our Senior Business Development Manager, you will be the primary relationship owner for pixlbio's client accounts, guiding customers from onboarding through to long-term success. You will work closely with our scientific and technical teams to ensure clients are getting the most from our cell models, phenomics platform, and CRO services, while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand those relationships over time.

* Onboard new clients and guide them through pixlbio's platform and service workflows
* Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of pharma, biotech, and academic accounts
* Monitor engagement, flag risks early, and proactively address client concerns
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across cell models, tech-enabled research services, and SaaS access
* Coordinate with the science team to ensure study delivery meets client expectations
* Gather and relay client feedback to inform product and service development
* Maintain accurate account records and renewal forecasting in HubSpot
* Represent pixlbio at client meetings and industry events


What we're looking for

* 3+ years in a customer success, account management, or scientific liaison role in life sciences or CRO
* Strong scientific literacy — able to engage credibly with researchers on complex biology topics
* Natural relationship builder with a track record of high client retention and satisfaction
* Commercially aware — comfortable spotting expansion opportunities without being pushy
* Organised and proactive, with experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
* Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
* Background in cell biology, pharmacology, or drug discovery is a strong advantage, with PhD preferred.
