We are looking to recruit a Full‑Time CDP (Chef de Partie) to join a dynamic and growing Kitchen Brigade, led by an experienced Head Chef. With a busy 70‑cover restaurant, large garden space, and a variety of seasonal dining experiences including private dining pods and summer cabanas, our venue offers an exciting and varied food & beverage environment. We also support a strong banqueting operation including weddings and private events.

Job Description
This role offers excellent variety. You will work confidently and safely across all sections of the kitchen to ensure consistent quality across both restaurant service and banqueting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and plating high‑quality dishes
- Contributing ideas for seasonal menus and key events
- Supporting preparation and presentation of meals to required standards
- Handling customer feedback professionally
- Recording daily costings when required
- Ensuring adherence to food safety and COSHH
- Collaborating with senior chefs on menu design
- Assisting with event and function preparation
- Maintaining supplier relationships
- Ensuring kitchen hygiene and cleaning schedules
- Supporting training of junior staff
- Managing stock rotation and ordering
- Receiving and storing deliveries
- Assisting with rota planning

Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Cookery (ideal)
- Food Hygiene Level 2 or above
Hours of Work
Rotas will include:
- Early: 6:45am - 3:00pm
- Late: 12:00pm - 9:00pm (or up to 11:00pm; later finishes during functions)
