We are seeking compassionate and experienced support workers with a strong background in EUPD, ASD, and Asperger’s Syndrome. Your role will involve providing personalised support, promoting independence, and enhancing the quality of life for the people we support.

Exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our outstanding Supported Living Service in Pinchbeck, Spalding. Due to the remote location, a driving licence and access to your own vehicle are recommended.

1. Role: Support Worker
2. Pay Rate: £12.60 Per Hour
3. Shifts: Nights
4. Hours: Full-time & Part- time available

✅ Person Specifications

5. Experience Supporting individuals with ASD and Asperger’s Syndrome.
6. Full UK Driving Licence Desired but not essential.
7. Must have experience with Mental Health Conditions, Complex Care and Challenging Behaviours
8. The ability to multi-task.
9. Good time management, organization, attention to detail and flexibility.
10. You must have a compassionate, caring, positive personality.
11. Able to manage challenging behaviour and conflict.
12. Works well as part of a team as well as individually.

🧩 Duties Include

13. To support people with disabilities, including individuals with profound and complex needs, using person-centred approaches to enable people to achieve positive outcomes as defined in their support plan.
14. Basic daily duties include medication administration, cooking, cleaning, and paperwork.
15. To Provide emotional and practical support.
16. To support the people in our care to access community facilities and be included in community groups.
17. To build a robust relationship with the people in our care to promote independence and improve quality of life.
18. To Empower the people in our care to learn new skills or pursue hobbies and interests.
