About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Wet Multi Trader for our client in the social housing sector. This temporary position involves a range of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, tiling, and general repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct plumbing repairs and installations.
* Perform tiling and flooring work.
* Carry out general maintenance tasks.
* Assess and diagnose issues in properties.
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Fitting full kitcehsn & bathrooms
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Wet Multi Trader, preferably in social housing.
* Relevant plumbing, Plastering, Painting qualfications.
* Strong knowledge of building maintenance.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Valid driving license.
