As a leading property consultancy operating in the UK & Ireland we are always looking for talented professionals. Our Belfast office services a wide range of corporate, government and private clients and is currently seeking an experienced and motivated MRICS qualified surveyor to join our Professional Services team.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, compliant valuation reports across a range of commercial property sectors, supporting clients including lenders, investors, landlords, occupiers, and developers. The role may also provide the opportunity to act on lease advisory and rating consultancy instructions.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake property valuations in accordance with RICS "Red Book" standards.
* Prepare clear, accurate, and timely valuation reports for a variety of purposes.
* Inspect, measure, and analyse properties across multiple sectors (office, industrial, retail, residential, mixed-use, development land, etc).
* Conduct market research and analyse comparable evidence to support valuation conclusions.
* Provide lease advisory and rating consultancy services to key clients.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, regional, and national property markets.
* Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring repeat business and growth opportunities.
* Liaise effectively with colleagues across agency, management, and professional departments.
Skills & Experience
* MRICS qualified essential and RICS Registered Valuer (preferable).
* Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines under pressure.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
* Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a drive to deliver results.
* Full UK driving licence.
