HR Advisor
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
* Act as the key point of contact for complex cases, providing timely advice and guidance to Line Managers.
* Provide regular case work updates, analysing internal data for insights and solutions.
* Manage restructuring and redundancies, ensuring accurate administration of the employee life cycle.
* Balancing and managing caseloads across the HR team, maintaining effective HR records compliant with GDPR regulations.
Requirements:
* Qualified to CIPD level 3 or working towards level 5 qualification or similar.
* Extensive employee relations knowledge and practical experience working within a HR Advisor role.
* Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in employee relations.
* Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft.
* Effective communication skills.
