Are you an experienced Chef with a flair for authentic Italian cuisine?
The Watch House Cafe is looking for a talented and energetic Pizza/Pasta Chef to join our team in West Bay Dorset. We take pride in our fresh ingredients and techniques, and we need someone who shares that passion.
What you'll do:
* Hand-stretch dough & craft amazing pizzas. Wood-fired/oven experience necessary.
* Prepare fresh pasta dishes & signature sauces
* Maintain high food safety & cleanliness standards
* Thrive in a fast-paced, friendly kitchen environment
