* Friendly and thoughtful service – responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience
* Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
* Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are accurate
* Help introduce new products and services – sharing experiences with colleagues and making changes feel natural
